Description and Requirements

The position is responsible for driving Lenovo ISG server products global MFG test process development from concept through production, the primary focus of the position is leading and managing global mfg test NPI activities to ensure process commonality and best practices


1. Lenovo ISG NPI early MFG involvement, NUDD identification, MFG end to end test plan development
2. ISG Global MFG test process roadmap development
3. MFG test process standardization, continuous improvement& optimization
4. MFG site execution/End of quater  onsite technical support
5. Design for test, ensure product are designed minimize the manufacturing cost and align with process capability without compromise quality commitment
6. Mfg test automation/innovation/platform optimize
