Description and Requirements
1. Customer order fulfillment that covers from order entry to delivery, communicate with customers/sales/PM on order status and ETA status etc.
2. Exploit all approaches to maximize shipment and assist PRC to achieve delivery target and minimize E&O.
a) Interlock with sales/channel on order loading cadence and pre-assess supply and prepare for capacity etc.
b) Support order change and proactive backlog management
c) Drive for aging Inventory consumption to meet both FGI and PI inventory target
3. Leverage demand planning, manufacture, and logistic efforts to meet the service level target or customer requirements esp. for big deals or urgent orders
4. Lead process optimization projects to enhance process efficiency, reduce lead time etc.
5. Deal with special customer requirements, complaints and improve PRC customer satisfaction.
