Role & Team Description 
• Manage parts forecasting & Order Fulfilment activity for Mexico & Caricam region. 
• Ensure parts availability within regional material hubs by preparing purchase orders to obtain parts, follow up with team of buyers to gain delivery commitments on open purchase orders and proactively identifying potential shortages and initiating actions to resolve these. 
• Plans for and release work orders to meet requirements for repair center orders, 
• Maintain day-to-day inventory levels at Hub and 3rd party repair center and meeting key inventory management metrics including cost, part availability, inventory turns, total inventory value and customer satisfaction through on time delivery. 
• Manage entire product life cycle (product introduction through LTB and E&O) 
• Monitor and provide analysis on vendor performance to ensure on time supply chain
• Responsible for establishing best in class logistics procedures that efficiently address Motorola SLA´s and warranty cost. 
• Responsible to manage post sales reverse logistics providers as Customs brokers, transportation and logistics companies, recycling vendors, HUB´s and warehouses. 
• Responsible for overall logistics providers management, including day to day operational processes, operational KPI´s and cost assurance according corporate goals. 
• Establishes productive working relationships within Service Organization to continuously improve overall Service KPI´s. 

Scope of Responsibilities 
• Bringing value-added support to new product introduction on post sales as well as managing the new product parts activities. 
• This role includes working directly with other functions including: Regional and Global Planning & Purchasing, Engineering and Operation. 
• Coordinate and drive involved teams forward whilst liaising with all team to ensure KPI’s, repair date and financial targets are met 
• Generate reports as required for Project and Management meetings. 
• Revision control of information supplied and maintenance of post sales Bills of Materials. 
• Meet key inventory management metrics including cost, part availability, inventory turns, and total inventory value and customer satisfaction through on time delivery. 
• Determines areas of improvement on internal processes to adapt to market requirements and customer demands. 

Basic Qualifications 
• Must have strong proven experience of, project management, inventory management, service parts planning in consumer electronics or related fields 
• Inventory forecasting ability 
• Experience of sourcing and managing spare parts materials 
• Experience with a Vendor operated network of repair centers 
• Ability to interact at multiple levels within organization and undertake customer facing interactions 
• Strong experience on logistics operations. 
• Hands on knowledge of Excel and strong knowledge of basic statistics analysis 
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration 
• Must be proactive and prove negotiation skills 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fact paced dynamic technological environment 
• Proven track record in customer facing situations addressing regional support engagement. 
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
