Description and Requirements

1.负责联想全球Service(售后维修)核心系统的运维和实施工作,包括SAP-CRM, Daynamic365-CRM, S4等的日常运维问题处理和监控平台管理;
2.负责和来自全球不同文化背景的用户沟通,解决用户对数据的使用期望和遇到的问题,同时做好客户维护和管理;
3.前沿技术与日常工作融合,包括最新的AI技术,自动化智能化技术的学习和应用;
