1. 收集行业信息，为团队提供实时IT智能化运维行业动态；
2. 通过内外部数据分析，诊断潜在问题并为战略规划提供输入建议；
3. 结合业务需要，对特定专项进行深入项目研究，撰写分析报告，提供决策支持，推动战略目标落地
