Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责Kernel Arch团队的技术管理；

2、负责跟踪业界、Linux Kernel、Android OS等前沿技术的发展；

3、负责制定Linux Kernel的技术发展Roadmap、针对关键技术领域制定技术方案和进行架构设计。关键重点技术领域：CPU调度、内存管理、文件系统、系统性能优化；

4、负责管理完成相关原型系统的开发。



岗位描述：

1、211/985/国内外知名院校；计算机科学、信息科学、电子工程等相关专业统招硕士以上学历；

2、精通Linux kernel的整体实现，在以下领域特长：CPU调度、内存管理、文件系统、系统性能优化；在2个以上领域有至少10年以上的开发经验；

3、熟悉ARM架构、熟悉Android OS操作系统、精通Android OS Native & HAL开发；

4、15年以上内核开发经验，精通Linux及至少一种RTOS系统；

5、10年以上复杂软件系统的设计和开发经验；

6、至少10年C/C++开发经验，10w+行有效代码；

7、至少5年的团队管理经验；

8、有开源贡献优先。
