Description and Requirements

工作职责：

1. 数据中心、互联网、金融等行业典型应用场景对异构计算系统的需求分析及评价体系设计；
2. 基于CPU+GPU/DPU/FPGA/AI等异构部件的异构计算系统架构设计及软硬件方案设计；
3.  组织团队开展异构计算系统研发及软硬件协同优化；
4.  协同BU规划和研发多元异构计算系统，并推出面向典型应用场景的多系列异构计算产品组合。

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学位，计算机或相关专业，3年及以上计算机系统领域工作经历；
2. 具备异构计算系统（基于CPU+GPU或DPU或FPGA或NPU等异构处理器的服务器系统）设计、研发、优化的经验和能力；
3. 熟悉服务器系统架构及相关软硬件技术；
4. 熟悉服务器行业应用场景及负载特点；
5. 具有研发项目组织和管理能力；
6. 拥有异构计算软硬件（例如oneAPI或OpenCL或CUDA或DOCA等软件栈，或基于GPU或DPU或FPGA或NPU等处理器的硬件系统）相关实际研发经验者优先。
