Description and Requirements

Role:
1. Mfg NPI activities interface into ODT & bid management team
2. Lenovo MFG NPI activities interface engaging with customer NPI focal
3. Mfg and SCQE NPI activities program leader
4. SC NPI process owner, Pre-SVT//SVT/customer qualification build/FOT phase owner
5. SC activities control tower during NPI phase/prior to TTB/SS
6. SCRR owner and support other readiness review as required
Responsibility:
1. Develop Manufacturing Plan, support inhouse MVA quote and establish schedule commits
2. Manage inhouse/CM/ODM Mfg sites to meet NPI qualification and delivery goals/TTM/TTB
3. Provide deliverables for new product checkpoints & executive reviews
4. Lead Mfg and SCQE DFX activities, work out risk mitigation plan
5. Release NPI demand and drive NPI supply API together with PBM
6. Lead FOT of customized products before mass production per customer &quality requirement
7. Support sustaining programs NPI activities
8. Coordinate SC requirements and activities with cross functions during NPI together with PBM
9. Provide on-site support as required in Dev & qualification builds
10. Support customer audit/visit to MFG per requirement agreed
11. Lead process improvement to drive cost down and improve efficiency
12. Responsible for driving FuPan findings into ODT & drive improvements
