Description and Requirements

1. 管理服务器主板新产品在制造工厂各个新产品开发阶段工程技术和质量问题，确保其成功进入量产。
2. 确认服务器主板新产品的品质要求，检查各个开发阶段制造工厂主要生产流程的质量管控
3. 针对产品生产过程中所出现的组装和电性测试不良，协调工厂或研发分析原因并提供解决方案
4. 服务器主板生产和测试质量数据收集和分析，推动质量改善
