Description and Requirements

Position Description:
Procurement Brand Management (PBM):
The PBM is the primary interface between the BU(Business Unit), Project team and Sourcing and supply chain management team for project topics, as well as the work cross functionally with the end to end global sourcing and supply chain team to manage all parts/products for new product launches and technology transitions.
Core responsibilities include:
- For NPI project to deliver the right source, cost, supply risk assessment and complexity reduction for business bidding
- For mass production project, to deliver the necessary topics from or to ODT back to Sourcing and supply team as the interface , focusing on new part sourcing, PCR, Cost improvement, facilitating ODT project decision, and or so
- Working on project cost gap analysis, cost down opportunity and project cost outlooks
- Closely communication with BU team and function team on project cost outlooks, industry intelligence, market trend
- Process improvement relative to project management
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities development for Campus recruitment:
1. Good project management skills with key checkpoints/actions aligned with cross functions to ensure project schedule and cost meet target
2. supply chain knowledge, especially relating to new product management, sourcing and supply chain management
3. Cost analysis, cost down management capability
4. Assertive individual able to lead, drive change, and work cross functionally as team member
5. Lead and facilitate communication across function team
