Description and Requirements

职位职责 

  • 理解业务应用场景，利用机器学习，数理统计或最优化等算法，通过业务建模，解决预测、归因、异常检测、优化仿真等问题，实现智能分析和决策。
  • 针对端到端的数据准备、模型选择、算法验证和结果交付等工作，高质量按时完成任务，保证客户满意度。
  • 设计和开发基于算法的功能组件，和软件开发团队合作实现算法模型的系统搭建、功能迭代和产品化。
  • 支持与业务部门合作，撰写分析报告、协助申报先进技术奖项、推广项目成果。
     

Position Qualification

职位要求

  • 计算机，应用数学，机器学习、统计或运筹学等相关学科的硕士或博士学位拥有者。
  • 具有下述一个或多个领域的理论和实践相结合的经验：数据挖掘，特征工程，预测性分析、决策分析、运筹优化等。
  • 娴熟掌握（不限于）所述一种或多种算法开发语言：Python, R, Java等。
  • 深入掌握（不限于）所述一种或多种机器学习或深度学习算法框架：scikit-learning, spark MLlib, Caffe, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch等。
  • 具有在复杂业务场景的实际项目中（例如预测分、回归分析或知识决策优化等）利用算法模型解决问题的实战经验和成果，适应快速迭代的工作流程。
  • 出色的沟通，学习和协作能力。需要和非技术部门一起高效工作，积极主动解决问题。
  • 对技术具有强烈好奇心，对使用算法解决实际问题充满兴趣。
  • 英文CET-6或以上（流利的听说能力可以加分）。
