Description and Requirements

职位描述：
1.负责项目日常版本release和代码配置管理；建立每日构建体系，编写编译脚本，发布每日构建版本。查找定位编译错误。版本和故障管理环境的建立、维护等工作。
2.根据项目需要，利用gerrit管理项目代码，创建、管理分支，定期rebase分支，编写代码管理文档；建立和维护项目的配置管理环境，制定配置管理系统的权限管理、安全和备份策略
3.配置管理流程和工具的使用培训，推动在各相关部门配置管理策略与实施，并在实践中不断完善配置管理流程和规范。
4.参与基于研发流程的优化和实施。

职位要求：
1.计算机相关专业，本科以上学历，2年以上软件项目软件配置管理工作经验，熟练操作git、gerrit、jenkins、repo，对git命令、分支操作有深刻理解
2.熟悉配置管理流程，熟悉ubuntu，熟练运用shell、bash，熟悉makefile编写，有python编写经验优先。
3.熟练进行代码服务器等配置，能独立完成版本编译、打包、上传等工作
4.熟悉java，c，c++编译原理，
5.熟悉相关研发管理工具，如Jira，Confluence； 
6.善于沟通和解决问题，工作具备主动性和推动力，团队意识强；能独立完成软件配置管理的操作培训、平台维护等。
7.英语良好。
