Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.从用户研究出发，提出和探索引领下一代人机交互的设备/产品/服务的新概念新技术;
2.针对智能硬软件产品和自然人机交互的需求，设计和实现相应的智能算法;
3.与其他研发和设计人员合作，将概念和技术转化为完整的产品原型；
4.为团队和公司提供人机交互技术领域的前沿洞察与专业见解。

任职要求：

1.毕业时间为2022年9月至2023年8月的海内外应届毕业生，人机交互、机器学习、模式识别、数学相关专业博士或硕士学历优先；
2.熟悉机器学习、模式识别领域主流算法和SotA模型者优先；
3.对人机交互研究思路和方法有深刻的理解和经验，对交互技术的发展与前沿趋势有深入的了解；
4.出色的软硬件原型与代码实现能力；
5.出众的独立思考和表达能力，善于与各种学科背景的人沟通合作。
