Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.视频编解码的算法研究；
2.编解码系统的架构设计与实现；
3.视频编解码算法优化工作。

4. 其它应用与系统开发
任职要求：

1.毕业时间为2022年9月至2023年8月的海内外应届毕业生，计算机软件等相关专业优先；
2.具有视频编解码器的开发基础；
3. 熟悉视频编解码的算法及标准，例如H264/AVC, H265/HEVC等常见的视频编解码技术；4. 熟悉计算机视觉和人工智能中的常见算法和常用框架，例如PyTorch、TensorFlow、OpenCV等常用的框架；
4.精通数据结构和算法，有志于掌握和实现一个编码增益更大的视频编码系统；
5.拥有良好的学习能力、沟通能力和科学研究能力。
