Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责公司内AI算法相关的项目技术方案设计、开发实施及优化
2. LUDP AI平台日常运维工作，支持LUDP AI平台用户的日常问题处理及算法优化
3. 跟踪AI前沿技术，独立完成算法复现和应用demo，拓展公司AI解决方案能力
4. 数据及分析项目沟通和管理

岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，计算机或统计相关专业。
2. 熟悉Python，熟练使用numpy、pandas、scikit-learn、XGBoost、Tensorflow、Pytorch。熟悉R语言者优先。
3. 熟悉常见统计算法、机器学习算法和深度学习算法，有1-2个独立完成的相关算法建模实践经验。有时序分析、NLP、CV经验优先。
4. 熟悉常见的数据库如MySQL、Sql server。
5. 熟悉Linux、Spark基本操作。有hadoop、docker、k8s经验优先。有大数据处理经验优先。有Azure经验优先。
6. 具有熟练阅读英文文献的能力，能够跟踪和复现学术界和工业界的最新研究成果。英语听说能力强者优先。
