Description and Requirements

工作职责：
1. 负责IT应用软件产品的开发设计、测试与运维工作；
2. 负责软件产品组件及服务的标准化管理与维护；
3. 协作其他技术人员完成产品迭代和技术攻关；
4. 支持软件产品文档维护和运营推广活动；


任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，熟悉开源产品中数据结构和算法使用则优先考虑；
3、熟悉敏捷开发管理方法和软件开发流程，有实际项目经验者优先；
4、熟悉Java或Node.js开发语言及相关生态技术，有实际技术框架使用者优先；
5、熟悉常用的软件开发和测试工具，如：Elipse/Vscode、Git、Jenkins、JMeter；
6、熟悉常见数据库的使用及核心原理，如：MySQL、PostGreSQL、Clickhouse
7、了解应用前端开发技术，如：HTML、Typescript、Vue、React；
8、了解服务端环境及相关技术，如Linux、Docker、Nginx
9、对行业领先的软件开发、架构设计理念及相关技术熟悉者优先；
10、具有快速学习新技术的潜力，勇于探索和尝试技术创新，善于攻克实际技术问题；
11、具有良好的团队协作精神和高效的沟通能力，工作积极主动。
