Description and Requirements

1.参与事业部内的沟通机制、战略和文化落地工作，具体方向如下：

1）沟通机制：你将有机会参与设计BU管理层的重要会议议程，确保会议高效进行，并及时追踪会议结论和行动计划。

2）战略和文化落地工作：结合事业部的业务战略和文化，策划创意活动，完成内外部的战略和文化宣贯。

2.参与事业部的跨团队协同中，与产品、研发、业务运作、供应链、服务、市场营销等领域的专业同事一起制定会议和活动落地计划；
