Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责项目的实施，并能够在项目实施过程中有效进行成本控制与风险控制； 

2. 负责根据项目合同需求制定项目计划及人员配置方案，对项目过程质量管理，与客户沟通，控制进度计划和用户需求，处理项目变更及交付物输出，制定和优化交付流程，编制项目成本预算； 

3. 负责组织项目各项评审会议及项目例会，监管控制项目的进度、质量、安全、成本和风险。


任职要求：

1. 毕业时间为2022年9月1日至2023年8月31日的海内外应届毕业生；

2. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够分析和把握项目要点；

3. 具备良好的沟通协调，及执行能力；具备良好的语言组织能力。
