Description and Requirements

1.参与重要核心项目，负责相关产品的用户体验测试；

2.在测试前独立完成机器的测试环境准备（系统安装/环境升级）

3. 针对研发或相关部门的调研需求，采取定性或定量的用户研究方法，独立完成实验设计与执行；

3. 针对特定产品持续分析用户的行为特征，建立用户角色模型，为产品设计提供指引

4. 参与日常研究工作，包括用户反馈持续跟踪，用户库建立、问卷分析等。
