Description and Requirements

快速学习和内容能力：能够通过快速学习了解联想数字化转型重点和逻辑，有能力将复杂的技术化语言转化成通俗易懂的传播语言，根据目标受众调整语言风格。使内容丰富，具有故事性和可读性。

视频能力：具备进行视频创意、脚本撰写、导演、制作、后期，端到端的策划执行能力。熟练掌握各种视频剪辑软件。提出有创意并且能落地的视频方案，将数字化转型进行具有社交调性的创意传播。

语言能力：能熟练运用英文和中文，进行书面和口语沟通，以及内容创作。

活动运营和管理：支持内部员工大会和对外活动，包括但不限于流程申请，管理供应商，直播支持，活动现场支持等。

行动力: 迅速反应，按时并保证质量完成各项工作
