Description and Requirements

职位需求:

1.负责Smart Device产品全流程系统验证工作的设计评估及验证执行

2.参与产品需求讨论，根据需求及产品特性完成系统验证方案的设计，跟进产品验证进度，保证最终产品质量

3.参与ODM测试管理，资质稽核，能力建设工作

4.对新技术保持敏感，持续学习，乐于尝试领域内新方法和新工具，并能落实在日常工作中，保证产品验证工作的领先性和高效性

5.对新产品、新特性建立测试方法及验证标准，保证新型业务的快速支持

6.参与用户调研和数据分析，提升产品用户体验

能力要求：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、电子电路、信息工程、可靠性系统工程等相关专业

有5年以上PC、手机、会议系统、工控机、物联网产品设计或验证经验 熟悉电子产品设计规范，具备系统功能、系统兼容性、稳定性和性能测试经验。熟悉可靠性测试、EMC，Thermal或Acoustic验证者优先 具备独立规划及设计产品验证方案以及制定行业验证标准的能力 对研发开发工作或者PA工作有深刻认识和丰富经验，Linux/Android等技术背景优先 有较强的逻辑思维，优秀的表达沟通，系统性解决问题的能力 工作积极主动，以公司利益为己任，能在较大的压力下保持良好的心态及高度的责任感 良好的英文读写，口语沟通能力
