Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1、负责项目前期售前技术交流、需求挖掘、需求分析与引导，根据需求进行联想特色解决方案设计与编写，体现联想解决方案的商业价值，并能对方案进行高质量的讲解与演示；
2、负责完成招投标类项目技术方案投标文件编写，包括标书设计制作、投标应答、讲解与答疑；
3、搜索市场及客户最新需求，提出产品设计优化方案，并与产品部门沟通，推动产品研发；
4、配合其它部门做好用户沟通、产品宣传资料撰写、资料共享、技术协调等。

任职要求：
1、学历：本科及以上学历，通信、网络、计算机等相关专业；
2，经验：5-10年以上售前或架构师工作经历，有企业IT终端运维管理、应用运维、数据中心及云运维等项目的设计、规划、实施经验；有丰富的大型IT系统及云项目交付经验
3、技术：熟悉ITIL或ITSS运维管理、云计算架构包括公有云、私有云、Openstack等；熟悉一个或多个技术领域知识，包括K8S、容器、虚拟化、SDN、云存储、大数据、数据库、IOT等。
4、能力：思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强，敏锐的市场洞察力，具有较强的演讲和说服能力、文档编写以及PPT制作能力；
5、态度：高度的工作热情和责任心，良好的团队合作精神，有较强的时间观念和客户服务意识，承压能力强，能接受短期出差；

优先条件：
1，有IT运维服务项目管理经验，如，项目经理经历；
2，有ITIL落地实施经验，如，IT管理咨询顾问等经历；
3，具备ITIL、ITSS、ISO20000、PMP等IT服务管理类认证。
