Description and Requirements

职位描述：

车计算测试团队负责人，负责测试团队管理及车计算项目测试，包括测试人员招聘、测试架构设计、平台搭建、测试工具开发、测试执行管理等，对软件及系统测试质量负责，包括CTS、场测等。

任职要求：

1. 有8人以上测试团队管理经验；5年以上测试经验；2年以上Android测试经验；

2. 熟悉软件测试理论、方法 、流程、常用工具及自动化测试；

3. 熟悉Android系统测试、自动化测试开发；

4. 有较强的沟通交流、团队协作及文档能力；
