Description and Requirements

岗位描述:

1负责音频产品前期关键技术洞察及可行性分析，ID/MD可行性分析，产品规划评审阶段，专业给出结构范畴的设计意见；

2 进行产品结构设计，手板打样，模具跟进，样品组装，测试，试产跟进，产品结构BOM整合与优化；

3 对音频产品开发和验证流程，关键节点评审，能有效发现大部分问题点并给出明确的对策方案，促成产品顺利量产；

4量产跟进和上市后的客诉，快速对问题进行分析定位，主导解决；

5 编写相关技术文档，完成产品图纸绘制，发放，承认归档工作；

6 新产品结构创新，完成专利申请资料撰写；

岗位要求:

1、        六年以上耳机独立设计经验；熟悉产品开发及验证流程，具备设计失效模式分析能力，高质量输出（DFMEA/PFMEA）资料；

2、        能独立进行产品（项目拆件8件以上）的ID 3D MASTER造型建模，并进行结构的拆件和细节设计；

3、        熟悉各类五金，塑料的常用处理加工工艺，熟悉模具制造及注塑相关知识，独立与模具厂进行开模评估，并能对模具开发提出自己的意见和判断，并能够独立完成设计测试，组装工作；

4、        扎实的机械专业知识及较好的动手能力，熟练运用Auto CAD，Pro/e等设计软件，具备复杂造型建模能力，能完成G1曲面绘制且绘图思路清晰；

5、        能主导结构范畴的规避专利行动；做竞品拆机分析报告，给出优劣势；

6、        对常用耳机物料工艺熟悉，如：耳机喇叭，颈环工艺，头戴式伸拉杆，电池，耳罩，头戴钢条等；

7、        理解头戴式，颈环式，入耳式，TWS 等耳机类产品，基本的耳机结构设计规则规范.，防水防尘设计，在佩戴人机工程学方面的把握具备一定的能力。如理解耳机各产品线佩戴舒适度，如头戴式夹持力的控制程度等；

8、        责任心强，积极进取，有良好的协调和沟通能力，对产品设计有追求，敢于挑战行业天花板；

9、        机械，模具类相关专业优先，对零件公差设计有自己的理解，能运用公差带思维解决问题。
