Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 根据公司发展战略及市场开拓的需要，制定公司车产品研发规划
2、负责组织研发项目立项，对项目的技术可行性和需求进行调研、评估，审项目预算。
3、组织研发项目的实施，负责跟踪监督项目各阶段的工作，阶段性的对项目进行评审，并向公司领导汇报项目情况。
4、组织产品部人员进行新技术的应用、转化和推广，向其他相关部门提供技术支持。
5. 建立和完善网关研发系统、流程和规范，管理协调外部资源，与产品管理、解决方案及营销团队等保持有效沟通
