Description and Requirements

Position Description: (Junior project manager)
1. Support overall Project Management for Notebook Development 
2. Lead technical design solutions with experienced PM together to meet product requirements 
3. Development representative in Offering Definition Team, overall management for product development schedule control
4. Support the whole concept phase, engineering phases with R&D team, including leading Dev. team to fix technical issue to meet product spec and qualify criteria. 
5. Support RFI/RFQ proposal management development w/ experienced PM.

Technical & development related document preparation, review. Conduct ODM proposal and feedback review/evaluation. 
6. Interface window to ODM R&D team, lead cross function cooperation w/ experienced PM's help
7. Product life cycle management, including Product PCR/ECR assessment and implementation (Product Unique & Cross Platform) 
8. Project documentation maintain, including product spec/proposal/source list/BOM/PUB/etc. Interface for other function teams
 
Position Requirements: 
1. Master degree
2. Basic knowledge for project management mindset and scope.
3. Excellent score and ranking in degree
4. Well know about notebook structure, architecture, EE/ME/SW education background prefer
5. Language skill. Fluent English skill (writing/reading and oral). 
6. Communication/Teaming skill. Work with (global) team members based on project management principles.
7. Problem solving mindset: has logic and methodologies to deal with project problems.
