Description and Requirements

职责：

负责私有云、云原生、多云管理、AIOps等云计算产品及相关解决方案的产品管理以及上市推广

1、关注并了解国内外行业竞品及发展趋势，结合客户需求、市场需求及技术发展，推动产品迭代更新，协同产品研发团队规划产品发展路线，确保产品竞争力

2.  制定上市发布策略，为产品上市的全流程负责，如产品与解决方案Key Message的输出和管理，GTM材料提供，制定对内外上市活动策略，如如何对内销售赋能，对外制定相关营销策略

3. 与产品以及研发团队共同完成GTM材料，包括不仅限于产品客户交流材料、技术主打胶片、产品销售指导、产品竞争对比等

4. 参与关键客户方案制定、讲解与需求反馈，协同售前及销售部门推广云计算相关产品和解决方案，如产品技术布道、一线赋能等

5. 产品上市管理：与周边团队协同，追踪产品上市效果，如追踪产品特性功能完成度以及销售赋能效果，保证系统&商务&财务流程顺畅，追踪与复盘上市活动效果以及销量爬坡达成目标

任职条件：

1、对新技术充满热情，对客户充满热情

2、计算机或相关专业本科学历及以上，计算机、通信、信息科学等相关专业优先

3、5年以上云计算相关经验，有私有云、云原生、多云管理、AIOps、SAP或其他成熟套件云方案相关云计算产品、售前、运营等工作经验优先；熟悉企业业务，有一线企业业务工作经验优先

3、良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通、表达和演讲能力，能够清晰表达技术观点和产品特征，能够快速学习并掌握前沿技术和架构，并将其结合于客户适用场景

4、优秀的中英文文字功底和创造性的逻辑思维能力，较强的团队协作能力和自驱力，较强的问题解决能力和执行力

5、可以支持一定量的出差

优先任职条件：

1、对云计算行业及云计算产品功能、或者软件服务产品功能有深入理解优先，如私有云、云原生（Docker、Devops、Kubernetes、CICD、Ceph）、AIOps（CMDB，ITIL，ITSM，AI运维产品）、多云管理，SAP或其他成熟套件云方案

2、有产品、售前、以及产品上市工作经验优先

3、有项目管理经验优先
