Description and Requirements

职责：
• 负责超写实数字人系统的软件架构，包括核心技术识别，模块定义，性能确定，并确保系统具有很好的伸缩性
• 负责超写实数字人核心技术探索，包括面部捕捉/手部捕捉/身体捕捉，与高保真数字人引擎打通，以及满足高保真目标
• 实现核心技术的POC搭建，确定捕捉/渲染和整个系统的性能目标
• 实现高精度虚拟人渲染
• 搜寻/管理外部技术供应商，完善项目技术链
• 对外沟通和交流，将产品需求转化为可执行目标

要求：
• 计算机相关专业本科以上，5年以上动捕系统/高保真渲染系统开发经验
• 丰富的动捕系统开发经验，深入理解不同方案的优缺点和技术限制
• 熟悉面捕的领先方案，有基于ARkit blendshape的项目经验
• 熟悉模型制作和渲染的全流程
• 有可证明的动捕和动画项目材料
• 了解基于CV的机器学习框架，熟悉media pipe等开源平台
• 扎实的C++/C#/Python编程能力
• 有动作捕捉算法，物理引擎开发经验者优先
• 较强的呈现能力，流利的英语读写；
• 学习能力强，强烈的责任心，优秀的沟通能力及团队合作精神
