Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Program Specialist, to partner with the After Point of Sale (APOS) Leadership and assist in defining, launching, and executing on our key strategic programs for the Global APOS (Renewals) business. This individual will collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to support new programs and deliver successfully against high standards

Main Responsibilities:

  • This position will work with stakeholders supporting the extended APOS Business Team, such as Sales, Service Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Business Transformation, IT, and the Partner team. 
  • Current and ongoing work spans the following areas: transactional and relationship notifications for Consumer and Commercial APOS opportunities, vendor management, marketing technology awareness, messaging and merchandising for promotional content, and forecasting/performance management of the program.
  • Plans and coordinates the development, implementation, and execution of sub-programs, special projects, and other initiatives designed to achieve the overall mission, goals, and objectives of the program.
  • Oversees and administers all facets of the day-to-day operations of the various programs and activities related to the position.
  • Serves as a liaison with internal stakeholders on all matters relating to program activities.
  • Establish ways to measure and track metrics related to adoption of the service, and to make improvements to the approach based on those measurements
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the cross functional stakeholders regarding progress and metrics

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, sales strategy, automated marketing programs, data management/analysis for audience segmentation, and vendor management
  • Experience in program support and the data background tied to business objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, varying timelines, and a variety of inputs from stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate details of programs, process, and plans to various audiences.
  • Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
  • The ideal candidate has skill sets in business acumen, sales and Go To Market (GTM) strategy experience, automated marketing program design/execution, and an analytical background.
  • Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.

The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York City, Nevada and Washington, is $75,000 - $85,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com
