Description and Requirements

Proficient in a number of tasks within own area which have a limited - but direct - impact on the business.  Uses specialized tools, techniques and procedures to identify and resolve practical problems.  No supervisory responsibilities, but occasionally provides informal guidance to new team members. 

  • Receive clients/visitors at the front desk
  • Display good company image & culture
  • Manage meeting supplies and equipment
  • Provide high-quality service for both internal and external customers
  • Good communication skills to exchange information and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow established policies, processes and standards
The best candidate has to be studying marketing, administration or related and have disponibility to work part time (5 hours)
