Must-have Skills
•    Good communication skill, proficient in English both in writing and speaking, work directly with different business partners to capture business requirements and develop the analytics solutions
•       Solid background of technical skill, with experience of  E2E data visualization solution
•    Project management skill to lead a global project - responsible for creating detailed project work plans, managing activities and deliverables against plan, reviewing draft output, and providing feedback/coaching to project team members
•    Interaction with senior management - setting strategy and define success criteria, presenting analysis and recommendations, facilitating workshops, and negotiating or influencing on significant matters
•       Strong sense of responsibility and good ability of troubleshooting and solving
Basic Requirements
•    Bachelor degree or above
•    7+ years working experience with multi domain knowledge, e.g. FP&A, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
•    At least 5+ full cycle Power BI project experience, strong financial reporting experience will be a plus.
•    Excellent in analytics techniques and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAC, etc. Python/Java will be a plus
•    Excellent in enterprise level data model design, DAX language and UI design and RLS authorization control design, capability and experience of creating financial reports with complex business logics
•    Excellent in Cloud Data Warehouse architecture and data modeling, good experience of data mart construction 
•    Good experience with agile development models, rich experience of agile project management by JIRA, Github or Influence
•    Solid knowledge of SAP ECC/BW, traditional dababase and big data platforms/tools/applications such as Hive/Spark, ETL tool like SSIS, Talend, Informatica, etc.
•    The experience of data migration, data governance will be a plus.
•    Solid knowledge of Synapse will be a plus.
•    Good English communication skills - written and verbal
Work Content
•       Work as a BI senior consultant or Project manager to help Lenovo Finance team to accelerate the digital transformation, including the data invesigation, analytical/report modeling, dashboard design, ensure data & report usage adheres to company's best practice & policy, providing solutions and coaching other members on tough issues
•       Dashboard / report’s UAT support (training, Q&A, issue investigation)
•       Trigger change management process
•       Enhancement based on standard reporting request
•       Continuous support on business/structure changes
•       Similar purpose dashboard request combination
•       Collect, analysis the request from different Business tower and provide the proper solution for the business team
•       Data consolidation, standardization and data governance, migration etc.

必备技能：
•            良好的沟通能力，熟练的英语书写和口语能力，可与不同团队与地区的业务伙伴合作，收集及分析业务需求并具备提供解决方案的能力
•            扎实的BI技术背景,有完整的端到端数据可视化经验
•            具备项目管理技巧,负责制定详细的项目工作计划，根据计划管理活动和可交付成果，审查草案输出，并向项目团队成员提供反馈/指导
•            与高级管理人员及时反馈互动—包括制定战略和确定成功标准，提出分析和建议，促进研讨的进行，并就重大项目需求进行谈判与推进
•            责任心强，有较强的纠错以及问题处理能力
基本要求：
•            全日制大学本科学士学位及以上
•            7年以上工作经验，并且有多行业分析经验为佳，如FP&A, Supply Chain 或Finance
•            至少有5个完整生命周期的Power BI报表项目经验，财务报表经验为佳
•            具备优秀的数据分析经验和BI工具开发经验,尤其是Power BI的经验，具备如Qlik, Tableau, SAC或开发语言如JAVA/Python等开发经验者优先。
•            精通企业级的模型搭建，精通DAX语言，精通界面设计与RLS分析授权，有能力且有经验开发符合业务需求的复杂逻辑的报表
•            精通云端数据仓库建模架构与数据建模，有数据集市搭建的经验
•            熟悉敏捷开发模型，有通过JIRA，Github或influence管理敏捷项目的经验
•            熟悉SAP ECC/BW，熟悉并能熟练使用常见数据库的一种：SQL SERVER/MY SQL/Oracle等，熟知大数据Hive/Spark, 能熟练使用ETL工具的一种，如SSIS，Talend等
•            有不同数据库或数据库到大数据平台的数据迁移，数据治理经验者优先
•            熟悉Synapse，有Synapse使用经验者优先
•            良好的英语沟通能力，包括口语与书面表达

工作内容：
•            作为高级BI顾问或项目经理助力联想财务团队的数字化转型，包括但不限于数据源溯源，在符合公司最佳实践与政策的基础上进行报表开发设计，在疑难问题上提供解决方案并对其他组员进行指导
•            仪表板/报告的UAT支持(培训，问答，问题溯源)
•            管控报表变更流程
•            根据标准流程与报表需求进行改进
•            持续支持业务/结构的变化
•            对类似报表进行整合
•            负责收集并分析来自不同业务团队的需求，并且提供合理的解决方案
•            参与并负责跟进global项目进度，定期反馈进度和问题，与团队其他成员共同推动项目的进行
•            数据整合，标准化与数据治理与数据迁移等工作
