Description and Requirements

职位描述:

1. 根据市场/ID部门的产品需求进行天线架构设计，在设计时需要考虑性能/成本/进度/生产/用户体验；

2. 依据架构限制和要求指标规格进行终端产品天线设计；

3. 与其他团队成员/职能团队和供应商一起运行项目，跟进、确保设计满足项目的进度和设计目标；

4. 与制造部门合作，支持产品顺利生产；

5. 与其他团队合作一起解决设计和认证期间出现的技术问题；

6. 指导新入职的工程师进行日常设计工作和技术问题的调试；

7. 进行新的创新以提升OTA性能和用户体验； 新技术、新方法的专利申请；

8. 支持项目经理进行项目和资源管理；

9. 项目进行中需完成的其他任务；
职位要求:

1. 学历要求本科以上，硕士博士优先；

2. 至少8年射频/天线设计领域经验，射频天线领域和移动设备产品优先；

3. 具备天线生产/测试过程的规划与组织、问题解决、领导、决策和专业知识等；

4. 丰富的射频或天线知识背景；

5. 具备射频/天线仿真软件使用经验，如CST、HFSS、XF-dtd、ADS等；

6. 具备用户体验设计思维；

7. 优秀的英语口语能力；

8. 具备主动、进取、团队精神。
