Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、作为项目技术硬件负责人，带领跨部门团队完成端到端交付满足联想需求的声学产品

2、对相关部件选型与方案熟悉，完成方案比较与选型（相关部件包括并不局限于BT SOC/DSP/电池/天线/充电/AMP/喇叭单元/MIC）

3、作为系统架构师， 负责框图/原理图/layout的设计，评估与批准

4、分析和解决项目过程中的相关技术问题，包括EMI/ESD/RF/EE/FW/Aduio等

5、管理供应商/IC厂商与代理/IDH/算法提供商的开发与生产流程

任职资格：

1、EE/CS与相关专业本科以上学历

2、在声学相关产品，作为EE工程师/系统架构师/System lead

3、具有8~10年工作经验

4、具有声学产品全周期开发经验与知名品牌产品成功上市经验

5、具有主流蓝牙SOC平台（例如QCC系列）与DSP/算法方案开发经验

6、熟悉声学相关算法/ANC调试/EQ调试等方向

7、英文沟通能力者优先
