Description and Requirements

工作内容：

1）负责Tablet产品研发设计质量保证和测试过程管理相关工作
2）参与新产品设计方案评估，基于历史产品的反馈，对设计潜在风险进行评估和挖掘，管理项目的风险。                    
3）制定项目项目测试策略和方案（硬件/射频/专项等测试），牵头设计新技术测试方案并在3T阶段进行执行及优化。针对项目过程中发现的问题，能够组织开发，特别是cross-function进行问题跟因分析/解决方案讨论并提供针对性的验证方案，确保产品的问题得到有效的推动和彻底的解决。识别并有效推动产品用户体验的改善。
4)  掌握并通过项目和质量管理方法论，有效识别问题和事项的优先级，高效进行项目质量管理


岗位要求
1.本科以上学历，通信/电子/计算机等专业毕业
2.通讯相关行业8年以上开发或测试经验，5年以上测试项目管理经验，有硬件/可靠性测试/效果评测相关背景尤佳
3.良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力
4.良好的逻辑思维能力和具备独立处理复杂问题的能力
