Description and Requirements

The Advisory Professional for Program Services will be responsible for designing and delivering the "Best of Breed" support for the Lenovo Authorized Service Providers in such a manner that partners are incented to provide an increased amount of support for the Lenovo Brand. 

Responsibilities include:
Plan and manage programs to ensure ASP requirements are met through enablement of quality service capabilities and processes
Lead projects from a service perspective by reviewing technical and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, coordinating resources and creating/tracking project schedules
Provide service requirements and direction to external organizations that result in enhanced delivery for NA ASPs
Be a focal from a WW perspective to ensure compliance and best of breed practices
Drive improvements in ASP Service delivery programs that address cost and csat
Consistently provide end to end service advice / continual improvement for ASP Programs support
Project Manager 
     
Basic Requirements:
Project Management Certification
In depth knowledge of Channel Services
IT Experience / Managing Portal Transition
