Description and Requirements
Responsibility:
Responsible for the management of Lenovo personal computer after-sale spare parts reverse center, including but not limited to:
1. Improve the screening capacity of reverse center suppliers, improve the screening accuracy and lead time, and shorten the spare parts supply lead time.
2. Participate in the establishment, set up and review reverse center third-party supplier’s process.
3. Cooperate with the planning team and local region teams to predict the return quantity of defective products, coordinate the overall reverse capacity, and reduce the return time and cost of defective parts.
4. Monitor the quality of repaired spare parts, check and solve related quality issues.
5. Manage the overall reverse cost and try to optimize
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics or related field is preferred
2. Supply chain related working experience is preferred
3. Excellent coordination ability and supplier management ability
4. Strong ability of multi-party communication and problem solving
5. Data driven, self-driven, able to work under pressure and accept irregular business trips
6. Fluent in English
