Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the Learning and Development area in Brazil through:
• Control and monitoring of global and local training programs in the system and in Excel;
• Fill and control of the scholarship program of the units;
• Completion and control of alignment sessions of employee development actions that occur between BPs (Business Partners) and managers, for the preparation of the Training plan, among other actions;
• Participate in and support diverse programs such as Diversity, ERP, PDL, etc.
• Assist with internal communication actions when necessary;
• Participate in meetings with the global Learning and Development team to keep actions in Brazil in line with global guidelines,
• Responsible for co-elaborating and possibly providing training and local actions according to the demand raised.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelors Degree;
• Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking);
• Be familiar with Excel and systems;
• Good communication,
• Desirable experience in T&D.

Frequency
