Description and Requirements

Lenovo Authorized Service Provider (ASP) program is a service management program to support Business Partner who would like to provide maintenance support service to Lenovo customer. Lenovo has established service processes, training program and service management framework to ensure our Service Partner can provide the service in high standard and good service quality.

We are looking for Service Provider Program Manager Administrator to manage the ASP program in Asia Pacific. The ASP Manager is responsible for managing all program activities including deployment of key projects and operational activities, performing vendor management and communications in related to the ASP program. He will need to work closely with the country Service Delivery Manager to manage the services provided by ASP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Lenovo Authorized Service Partner Program
  • Recruit and assist ASP onboard
  • Perform service review with Lenovo ASP
  • Work with country Service Delivery Manager to manage the service delivery of ASP and ensure ASPs are following the defined process and standard
  • Work with Lenovo support team to enhance the process or IT systems for ASP to use.
  • Manage the service contract and the business relationship between ASP and Lenovo
  • Be the escalation focal points to ASP in related to ASP service quality, IT issues or service payment to ASP.
  • Work with global ASP program manager to ensure the consistency of Authorized Service Partner Program across multiple Geo.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computing or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 2+ years of Support Service Experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Strong change management and influence skills; ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
