Description and Requirements

  • Lead engineering team for BMC issue closure and has ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize multiple strategic and drive issues to closure with a high bar on quality.
  • Report project status and to synthesize solutions for technical problems.
  • Must have a strong desire, passion, and ability to understand customer needs and a willingness to develop server firmware that delight our customers and exceed their expectations.
  • Must have great communication skill to drive programs with multiple teams located in different locations.
  • Position Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience as a technical Program Manager or in a technical role with system experience.
    • Lead and manage to successfully deliver the complex global/regional projects
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options, and drive issues to closure with a high bar on quality.
    • Monitor the project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project plan in order to implement corrective or preventative actions
    • Ability to demonstrate commitment to develop, drive, and manage services in a fast-paced environment
    • Manage the change management approach for respective project and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits
    • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.
    • Exceptional organization and project management skills, e.g. experience with agile project management methodology, JIRA or similar.
    • Be an expert with strong focus and understanding of firmware technologies.
