We are looking for an experienced Test Manager in Lenovo's Cloud Service Provide Group (CSP). This is a fast-paced customer-centric organization that will adapt to changing market demands to serve customer needs. What You'll Do

- Managing the validation team to setup scale test capability on MTY site
- Own and drive test and validation capability enhancement and ensure high quality test and validation execution for product delivery
- Working across development, PM and other related functions to ensure project key milestones under control and achieve product delivery goal
- Strong influencer for the overall product in areas of product design and reliability based on rich experience of test and validation practice and deep understanding of customer usage scenario

- Strong influencer for customer to understand customer requirement and breakdown to detail test plan / test case with team 
- Leader for test and validation best practices across the team and projects

- Lead team to setup MTY scale testing lab with facilities , lab maintenance and management

Minimum Requirements

- 10+ years’ work experience in server, storage industry, 5+ years’ experience in test leader role

- Hardware design validation / test engineering experience

• Proven track record of successful cross-team, group collaboration to drive necessary processes and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Strong technical & process development skills
• Minimum BS in Engineering or Computer Science discipline
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
