Description and Requirements

职务描述：

1，负责目标检测、关键点检测、图像语义挖掘等算法的研究及优化;

2，负责搭建深度学习训练环境，评测环境，及验证模型；

3，根据项目需求，完成数据集准备、模型训练及优化，推理等；

4，跟进图像识别领域的新技术，及时引入到产品中，确保用最优技术支撑创新功能，持续提升产品竞争力。

背景要求：

1，计算机、电子工程、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2，在计算机视觉领域有8年左右的研发经验，熟悉常用视频编解码（MJPG,H.264,H.265）框架，如V4L2、Gstreamer等，以及USB、以太网视频传输技术；

3，熟悉深度学习框架Pytorch/Tensorflow/Caffe，具备模型训练及优化经验；

4，熟悉NPU，高通DSP/GPU AI开发经验优先考虑；

5，熟悉C/C++/python等开发语言；

6，具备较强的沟通表达、独立解决问题的能力，具备良好的团队合作精神；

7， 英语CET4，能够流畅阅读英文文献，口语流利
