Description and Requirements

1. 有较强的学习和理解能力，此岗位要求长期的快速学习新知识和新技术； 
2. 优秀的沟通与协调能力，善于和各岗位(包括外部)的人沟通合作； 
3. 了解Sensor、VCM、LENS、IR技术指标。 
4. 熟知Camera的硬件软件工作原理； 
5. 对Camera评测工具能熟练使用； 
6. 有较强的责任心，和决断能力
7. 熟悉电脑基本办公软件操作，有较强的数据分析能力 
8. 对Camera设计有浓厚兴趣； 
9. 对图片有基本的鉴赏能力； 
10.熟练运用英语进行文献资料的阅读和写作，能熟练运用英语口语进行交流
