Description and Requirements

  • The community engagement associate is responsible for assisting with the administration of philanthropy projects, community relations and employee engagement programs, both locally, nationally and regionally  across 13 markets in Asia Pacific.
  • Lenovo focuses its strategic giving and community engagement on advancing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education programs, increasing access to opportunity for diverse populations, and empowering employees to improve the community.
  • Review and respond to community requests for support, documenting necessary compliance correspondence, and processing payments or product donations across 13 markets in Asia Pacific.
  • Provide on-going support to community partners and follow-up with recipients of donations to ensure impact reporting is complete for markets within Asia Pacific Geo
  • Accountable for the effective administration of monthly expense management,  budget forecasting and reporting.
  • Assist in implementing community events including in-person and virtual staff volunteer projects, donation drives, and high-school internship programs.
  • Work in partnership with Lenovo’s Asia Pacific Communications team and Lenovo Foundation to increase national and local exposure among employees on Lenovo community activities by regular updating of intranet
  • Creating case studies and stories highlighting our philanthropy, community relations and employee engagement.
