◇Position Description◇

■ About Organization
- Lenovo Consumer business planning manager dedicates for business planning and leads execution of Lenovo brand PC, Tablet, Smart devices and Peripherals.

-  Report to Lenovo Consumer 4P (product / price / place / promotion) Business Planning Lead, Senior Manager

-  Subordinates : N/A

-  Number of Peers : 3


■ Roles and responsibilities
-  Plan 4P strategy (product / price / place / promotion)  for Lenovo consumer business

-  Annual / quarterly business planning based on market , customer, competitor survey and business analysis

-  Product line up and price planning for revenue and profit management

-  Manage sales promotion budget and rebate program

-  Supply forecast based on alignment with sales planning and demand estimation.

-  Strategy implementation to sales and other teams

-  Supply chain management  team



◇Requirements◇
■ Must Have – essential
-  Over  3 years’ experience of business planning or strategy roll at ITC industry

-  Dealing with scientific and mathematical approach

-  Communication skill based on logical thinking

-  Analysis skill

-  English and Japanese capability as business level

-  PPT / Excel skill


■ Good to have – desirable
-  Experience of sales, marketing and operation roll for consumer market

-  Finance knowledge (P/L management etc.)

-  Project management skill
