Responsibility
- Responsible for Consumer Business Segment across different Route to Market
- Lead an effective consumer retail sales team to achieve the company strategic partner grow plan
- Effective cross team communication and alignment both internally and externally.
- Profit and Lost Owner of Consumer market under different Routes and product portfolio.
- Responsible for planning , execution and forecast to drive both Share, Revenue and profit gain.
- Customer and partner first mindset focus with fast and effective action to resolve any issues.
- Regular cadences owner for Taiwan consumer business related meetings cover any related subject matters both locally and regionally.
- coordinate with Supply &Demand team for Supply/Demand
- coordinate with Product Marketing team for timely product transitions
- coordinate with regional program management team for local program development and implement
- partnership with mobile and gaming business unit to increase gaming & phone’s overall business in local market
Job Requirement
• Degree Holder in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
• With a minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing and leading sales force in consumer or IT industry
• Ability to understand diverse requirement from local portal
• Strong leadership skill to lead and grow talents, experiences in leading extended team to drive business performance.
• Proven sales track records and strong business acumen
• Ability to communicate with higher level management
• Familiar with phone and mobile industry is a plus
• Proven record in driving USD 30M+ business size with over 200 product types
• Fast learner, and able to deal with ambiguity situation, forward thinking mindset, and great problem solver
