Skills and qualifications

Experience: 9+ Yrs

Qualification: LLB

Location: Bangalore

Experience in advisory, compliance and risk management experience in Tech/IT/ITES sector

Non litigation/corporate law firm experience is desirable

Team player, seasoned self-driven, excellent interpersonal communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Role responsibilities

India Geo and site legal counsel supporting allocated business verticals and functional clients

Establish and monitor compliance, training and policy matters including trainings

Remain abreast with emerging trends and best practices in legal and policy matters including ESG

Manage litigation through external counsels.
