You’ll be joining our mobile UX/UI design team, responsible for our experiences at the Point of Sales of our products globally, you’ll be joining a Design team based in Brazil, working in collaboration with Product Marketing team, Retail Team, Software team, Developers, Based in China, US and Brazil. Everything we do, we employ an interative, user-centered design approach in order to optimize business strategies, build our brand, develop rich experiences, and ensure usability.
Responsibilities:
• Enhance the user experience by creating interfaces to be used in the retail environment;
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and screens around the business needs;
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems;
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders in meetings;
• Create compatible UI/UX design wireframes in accordance with brand guidelines;
• Review user testing results to support hypotheses made on UX,
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design / Digital Design / Graphic Design with preferred concentration in Interactive Media, Information Design or a related field;
• Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma;
• Must have the ability to influence others and to champion great design to a broad audience;
• Creative problem solving skills including storyboarding and rapid visualization;
• Exceptional communication skills (writing, listening, presenting);
• Sustained attention and innovation from concept to implementation;
• Experience working directly with implementation teams as peer partners;
• Intermediate English level is required (written and oral skills),
• Desirable expertise in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
