Description and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Support – Database platforms (Oracle, MS SQL, MYSQL, DB2, SAP HANA, etc.)  preferably with multiple client’s landscape and technology landscapes (Windows Server, Unix, Linux).
  • Experienced in supporting for large/medium Manage Services accounts.
  • Experience on DB monitoring & administration on cloud will be added advantage.
  • Good knowledge in DB backup, Restore and Recoveries.
  • Knowledge of Oracle /MS SQL HA / Standalone Environment.
  • Understanding of Cloud Platform - AWS / Azure
  • Relevant expert level technical certifications in Database Domain are preferred
  • Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
  • Excellent command over verbal & written English Language
  • Experience with various service delivery technical tools
  • Good Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work for large organization in a complex and heterogeneous IT environment
  • Ability to work across Geographies and multi-cultural environments.
