Description and Requirements



The team (LeSI) develops turn-key, config-to-order solutions for the scale-out/parallel processing market. Our customers include governments, academia, the oil and gas industry, the financial industry, etc.  Many of our installations are on the Top 500 Supercomputer list.  

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with strong technical skills in both hardware and software, and the ability and perseverance to solve complex problems.    



In this position you will:

  • Develop, validate and release three to five LeSI solutions per year
  • Work closely with members of the extended, global ISG organization
  • Be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to: cluster software setup, installation, and configuration
  • Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the cluster management software, defect reporting, triage, and resolution
  • Be responsible for the development of scripts to automate processes



Required skill and experience:

  • B.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Development and test experience
  • Computer architecture knowledge 
  • Excellent hardware and software debugging skills
  • Knowledge of cluster management
  • Linux system, networking, and storage administration
  • Ability to install and configure cluster software 
  • Excellent written and oral communication and teaming skills


Preferred skills:

  • Linux administration and/or development experience
  • Python development skills, knowledge of frameworks like eventlet or aiohttp preferred
  • Familiarity with Git or similar version control software
  • RESTful API development experience
  • Advanced IP and Ethernet networking experience
  • C development experience desired
  • Experience with Web UI development preferred

In this role you will be part of a global team and you will be reporting to the local Senior Development Manager.
