Description and Requirements


As our Product Management Director you will be responsible for achieving sales and financial goals for your assigned products, reporting to the Country Manager in Benelux. The 4P Director will:

  • Develop strategy and tactics to increase services and software attach
  • Drive marketing requirements and work with the Marketing teams on new campaigns implementation
  • Collaborate with the sales segments (Enterprise and Public Sector, Global Accounts , SMB, Web) to develop sales strategies to achieve the financial goals.
  • Implement training plan for Lenovo Sales Rep and Channel Partners .
  • Create a competitive and timely portfolio for our SMB and Web business
  • Collaborate with sales, GSC and supply/demand planning to forecast right, maximizing sales and minimizing aged inventory.
  • Define ambitious growth and market share targets, get buy in from the entire organization and execute plan to reach objectives.
  • Announce products "Time To Market" with all assets ready to use (CRM, Web, datasheets, presentations, supply planning, pricing, training, etc…).
  • Lead a team of 10 employees
  • Develop processes & methods to gather customer feedback, market insights, and technology trends.
  • Manage the life cycle of the product portfolio.
  • Develop new solutions and use cases with all stakeholders
  • Develop sales and marketing tactics to take advantage of our strengths and minimize the risk of our weaknesses

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous product marketing experience (> 5 years).
  • Good understanding of IT product development cycle and processes.
  • Good understanding of IT go to market, channels and competition.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence C level
  • Strong business acumen and financial skills
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Proficient in selling Products’ value vs Products’ specs.
  • Business analytic and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English
